Welcome! This is an experimental forum for cryptography practitioners.
Discourse forums are divided into categories, which can each pertain to a C2SP specification, to a group of specifications, or to a general cryptography-related topic.
The C2SP Code of Conduct is enforced by the stewards. Beyond that, moderation is handled by each category’s maintainer(s).
Everyone is subscribed to Announcements by default.
C2SP specification maintainers can request new categories per the C2SP Manual.
Using the forum as mailing lists
Every category works like a mailing list, and you can participate entirely by email if you prefer:
- Subscribe: on a category page, set the notification level to Watching (the bell icon next to the New Topic button). Every post in that category will then be delivered to you by email.
- Reply directly to any email to post a response.
- Start a new topic (i.e. thread) by emailing the category’s address from the email address associated with your account. (For example, implementers@disc.c2sp.org for the Implementers Forum.)
